Skills/Experience

Requirements:

  • Higher Degree (preferably, but not exclusively, in areas of Law, Psychology, Sociology of Work or Business Administration).
  • Valuable Master in HR Management.
  • High level of English.
  • More than 6/8 years of experience in a HRD position in a multinational environment in
    engineering environments, technical solutions, etc.
  • Valuable international experience and design of HR policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and strategically develop Human Capital, according to business needs.
  • Plan and organize the workforce, both current staff and new additions that are made either organically or inorganically (consolidated companies acquired and integrating their staff).
  • Define and execute the Strategic Plan and the Human Resources Budget.

Mission:

Give a strategic dimension to the Group’s Human Resources function, providing value to the different business areas in a proactive and efficient way.

Features:

  • Coordinate the activity of Personnel Administration and Labor Relations, implementing an efficient internal payroll and social security management control system.
  • Efficiently define and manage the Recruitment, Selection and Incorporation Policy of professionals into the company: needs analysis, selection problems, launch of specific actions and integration programs for new hires.
  • Analyze and develop the company’s remuneration policies seeking internal equity, salary competitiveness, objectivity and emotional compensation.
  • Efficiently manage Occupational Risk Prevention practices: coordinate and supervise everything related to occupational health and safety. Prepare the Annual Safety Plan, monitoring work accidents (frequency, severity…).
  • Prepare the Strategic Training Plan: detect training needs, as well as implement and comply with the annual training plan.
  • Define, coordinate and carry out internal communication activities.
  • Study and improve Work Climate and Commitment.
  • Coordinate the proper functioning of the Department to ensure the quality of service to the operational and business departments, being able to provide the KPIs necessary for correct business decision-making.
